Therapeutic Massage Therapy may be the best care we can take for our body. Massage smooths out the muscle fibers that are holding so much toxins and tension. The tension and pain is being held in the muscle fascia, causing muscle restrictions and soreness. We let ourselves get comfortable with being uncomfortable. An effective massage will smooth out muscle fibers and help the muscles relax. Really, massage is like an oil change and tune-up for our body.
